Hey jthomas. All the above, I had to cancel out this weekend
due to family medical issues. Just returned fromMidland.
The wind is suppose to really howel this weekend. I would
fish in the night to avoid the boat traffic and the wild-west
show thats going to happen at the ramps, but the wind is
predicted to continue during the p.m thru a.m. Just not
going to take the chance on the safety and comfort issues.

It is Cold here today! Wind chill in the upper 30's!
Ready for some decent weather, to get back on the water
and Catch some Fish!

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS FOR THE GREAT TIME WE HAVE HAD FISHING! (WHITES AND CRAPPIE) NO LIMITS WILL PUT YOU ON THE FISH GUYS AND GALS. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO FILL THE BOAT WITH, GIVE THESE GUYS A CALL AND BOOK YOUR TRIP, THEY WILL NOT LET YOU DOWN. THEY KNOW THE LAKE BETTER THAN ANYONE I HAVE MEET TO DATE, AND I'VE BEEN FISHING IVEY FOR YEARS AND GOT TIRED OF HIT AND MISS TRIPS. CAN'T WAIT UNTIL I GET TO GO CATFISHING WITH THEM AT THE END OF THE MONTH.(I'VE HEARD OF BAITED HOLES LOADED WITH CATS) SEE YOU GUYS THEN, AND AGAIN THANKS FOR THE TRIP OF A LIFE TIME!!!!!!

Hello TeamBigStick. Returned late last nite from trips
Tues & Wed. Folks Tues had their two limits of Good,
solid thick whites. Wind got up a little there in the
afternoon but other than that, the Franco Family from
Big Spring had a fun, trip. One of the biggest Whitebass
I have seen was caught by Miss Linda, it weighd 3.4,
without eggs in her. One of the best trips so far
this year as far as quality of fish put in the boat.
Wed8th. had the same numbers, but the size was
not as large, but all solid 1.1/2 up to the 2lb. with
limits.
The fish are still moving up and down the rivers,
the cold fronts have slowed the morning bite down a
little with fish "Right ON" bottom in 50-35ft. in my
areas. After lunch, it definitley picks up as the
suspend on creek channels ledges and the flats.
Enjoyed having you folks in the boat, it
was a pleasure to fish with you and your family.

Just back from Academy- Midland; White lightx 2 purchased!
Going to be a night trip open Fri-/Sat11th.
Even bought a new cast net, and cleaned out the baitwell.

Temps this weekend. Mid 70's, nite's, 50's-(BigFish, Bite)-
Chance of rain 20/30% for Sat, SatNite;40%. We need
the rain! Wind same ole, 10-15- gust to 20. Heck; who
knows this time of year!
Open slot Sat11th. Had a cancel, David is down there
now on the water with folks.
Bigger Whites are going to be caught this weekend1
Will not Gurenntee it, but something is in
the air. Humidty up, always gets them going.

Hello folks: Heading back down 2-morrow.
Nite trips are in full swing/evening catfish bite!
There is a T-Concho Bass Clup out of San Angelo,
this weekend. They are a great group, and it is an old
school type of Club & T. Wish I could fish it, but cannot.
Whitebass are starting to scatter a bit, but
the Crappie up the Colorado are moving as well in the
lower parts of the lake.
I love this time of year!

Anyone wants to go fishin, holler!
