With the bad winds we have had I'd like to hear everyones opinion on which lakes get the nastiest! I've been on just about all of the big boys so here's my to 5 roughest!

1. Texoma (seen 50ft boats get tossed around like ragdolls)
2. Rayburn
3. Richland Chambers
4. Toledo Bend
5. Amistad

Hubbard has alot more inexperienced boaters due to it's close proximity to Dallas thus claiming lots of lives.. It gets nasty that's fir sure!

Rayburn and Toledo can make you have a serious pucker factor...

The roughest lake I have ever been on was in Illinois, called Rend Lake.. I would go up over a swell and then back down the other side and I couldnt see land...

This was in a 21ft boat...

Twak with 40 mph winds out of the North gets pretty bad. Especially when you are down on the south end of the lake.

Rayburn and toledo can get mighty unfriendly in a hurry with a north or south wind.

It doesn't get a ton of traffic so not many people think of it, but Richland Chambers is really scary with a NW wind.

Tawakoni on the other hand is the only lake where I've ever seen a boat get flipped by a wave.

The only true intercontinental champion.
