So how long before you get that bigger motor?...I know it has to be high on the list of things to do or maybe just put duel motors on it for that offshore look! That would add to the super clean look you have.

All I can say, is, a job/ project well intended, is a job well done! You have a fantastic way of letting the info flow.....are you or should you be a jounalism major???? If so, you may have found your niche....Very good reporting and very well done! It is a project well documented, and very well received! Keep it up now, you started it!!!!!!!!!!! Onto bigger projects, right?? Once started, can you go back? I don't think so....So far, so good, and I do mean good!!!!! Thank you for sharng!

Nice work! Cool to see you work w/ your dad on this project.

Two points that may or may not apply. If the benches are not water tight maybe seal with some silicon caulk... just to provide some more safety and prevent water from running under the floor boards into what you want to store. Also, don't forget to buy a fire extinguisher if you don't have one... with a sealed compartment by law you'll need it.

I am planning on doing a project like that before my son goes off to college. He is a Sophmore right now and I am excited about doing it. I hope that he spends some time in class. I am sure that we will have a good time doing the project and many memories will be made. I thank you for your pics and designs. Have fun with that boat.

Great Job. Someday the the boat will be replaced but the memory of doing that with your dad will never be replaced. Again Outstanding.
