What is the start time on this. I seen a post that said 8am is this true????

Made it out yesterday at about 4:00...glad I had on the hoodie and long pants. Yes...the lake it low...real low. Tried to put in at the right ramp at the entrance by the dam...nothing doing...of course I have a cross-functional center console that rides a bit higher. Tried the left ramp...made it in but practically had my bumper fully submerged. Man that water was cold. We only had enough clothes (and light) to stay out about an hour. A good bit of fish on the Lowrance but that wind was a bear. Looking forward to Saturday (as I said before my son and I in our first tourney). It is going to be cold...I can stand that if the wind will stay down a little. WFAA says that Saturday should be clear...55 high - 44 low --- bring your coffee.

Glad to know I was not the only person having a time with the launch...of course, that could have been me... Yeah...stumps o' plenty out there...not really close to any but it is kind of scary

as far as i know yes we are shooting for 8am i will get with Ron on this for sure

WE will be using thr ramp farthest away from the dam. Hope to see eveyone there.

I will be there! The middle ramp is the deepest ramp at the lake now. I put my 22 ft center console in Saturday with no problems. Only thing is the parking there is limited.

I will be there... Will be the first tourney for me in quite some time so ya'll take it easy on me and have fun with my money... This should be fun!!! BTW everyone should avoid the ramps at the dam. There is no use in anybody tearing up their boat or truck. The furthest ramp and the middle ones are okay to use. I used both of them this past week.
