yes you can trailor to another ramp.....getting mixed reports on the shad but you always do......going tues. to see for myself....good luck glad to have you fishing the tourney should be fun as always!

KINfolks can be tough to fish with sometimes for sure. I was at the lake last weekend but didn't take the boat. I was supposed to be going to Abilene so when that fell through I talked my wife into going to Arrowhead. I think the registration and safety meeting on Friday is at the Wayfarer Motor Hotel. I have a room there for Fri. It's not what you would call nice but plenty good for us fishermen.The best thing about it is the price , around 40 bucks with tax. The state park looks like the best place to dock There are 9 lanes at the ramp. I tried to buy a lake map of Arrowhead all over Wichita Falls and no luck.The guy at the bait store said they don't make them but the kid at Academy said they carry them but were out of them. So that is all I know about Arrowhead.Maybe Gene or Jody can give us some more info? HUH! I know you are coming J when you look behind you, there I am. What are we eating boys?
