Actually I live in North Richland Hills...thats a hard one since its posted on my profile! But the pond is in Southlake...and my offer still stands...500 big ones...me and you pops! Name the day and time! We could even videotape it and post it on the forum for everyone to see! Better yet we could sell them for $9.95! Who would buy one? I promise it will be worth every penny! lol

As I said before hotshot. I don't devote my life to fishing and have no problem conceding defeat to someone that does. I have no idea where that barrel...I mean pond is....thus my comment earlier about how I was mess'n with you.

I live in North Richland Hills as well and go to Southlake all the time Dillard Kick Bass, have you fished the pond across the street that you have to walk to a little ways back to? I think its better than the one where you caught this fish at.

Never knew there was another one back there? I think we may be talking about different ones...this ones off Southlake Blvd. The one your talking about is off of Continental right? And there is pretty much no cover at all just some sparse grass...I just focus on the banks that absorb the most sun this time of year and look for any bottom change in depth. And fish slooooowwww. It is a catch and release only pond so that is a plus...I have caught a ton of really nice fish in there. Tons of baitfish and the bass are fat and healthy. Can't wait for spring to get here!
