Crappie Report #08-11
Dec. 10th. 2008 half day trip

Water - Upper River - good
Put in at 43 bridge, ran down river
Fish Pattern:
Crappie - Slow
Dale Beauchamp a.k.a. CrappieDale made a trip down to the Caddo Lake area to pick up 12 Crappie switch cane set to put out at the indoor crappie fishing house a Marina Del-Ray on lake Tawakoni. After we load him up we made our way to Caddo to do a little crappie fishing, it cold to say the lease, I cant say who had the two big fish of the day, they came on the Caddo Lake Dream Signature Series Jigs, made by BNB Crappie Jigs. We will have some at the Longview Boat Show in January.
Fishing was very slow to day, only put 9 keeper in the boat, and had about 8 non keeper .But all of keeper were good one, 10 to 15" long
Fish trees tops and man made brush piles and did not get one crappie to take a jig.
Move to boat dock and started picking up some crappie. CrappieDale was shooting the dock while I was skipping and pitch the docks. Dont know what made the Crappie move to the Docks.
Crappie came from 10 to 12 feet of water under the docks.
Today we used BNB Crappie Jigs in white orange white to catch our fish.
