My and a friend hit the creek this mourning after some slabs and boy was it fun. We finished the day with 146 on the clicker and kept 40 fish. Fish were caught in 1.5 to 5' of water around brush and were caught on minnows and jigs. 1 fish came off of a black /char jig and about 15 others came of any Jig Um jig with pink on it. I heard someone not too long ago say the world revolves around the pink clap . I'm posting a pic of what type of stuff I fish in this creek and it's like this for about 2 miles on both sides of the bank.

I don't always catch fish, but when I do, I prefer Dos Hybrids

Nice catch! If Jr. could drive as good as you fish he might be able to win a championship!

Very nice. Seeing that makes me want to give creek fishing a try!! But i was wondering, how were you fishing your jig/minnow? Straight over the side?

We were fishing around and in the middle of the brush. They had the water on and there was good current but it was wild cause if you weren't fishing around the swirls in the water they wouldn't bite. Usually it's the opposite you have to find cover out of the current to catch fish but not yesterday.
