True Story.. This is Billy Brown's deer that he shot in Lucy Park. He is a City of Wichita Falls employee and had been watching the deer before season opened. The deer was shot from a pickup truck with a .270. If I remember right the the score was a gross 214 Boone and Crockett. Obviously, Billy is not too bright or much of a hunter, because he delivered the deer to a local taxidermist with out gutting his kill. The head has been confiscated by Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, and state restitution has been set at $ 30,000.00. It was taken to Ron kennedys taxadery to be mounted but the tag did not have a Ranch name on it and the hunter could not come up with a ranch name, so Ron K. called the Gamewarden. It was taken by the gamewarden and is in the state position in Austin ,Tx.

I heard that he put Lucy Park on the tag LOL. I hunt about 10 minutes from that place near Iowa Park. Some real bruisers around there for sure.

Wow, that's a nice buck! The guy on the right sure don't look none too bright, or maybe toothless, lol. Nevermind, I shouldn't be talking bad about folks.

Those guys deserve to serve some jail time regardless of "cooperating" or not. Ridiculus. Blatant disrespect for the law. Or are they claiming ignorance of the law? Regardless, they should be locked up for a while. At least banned from hunting ever again.
