I pulled an 18' Skeeter with a 6 cyl. Grand Cherokee for several years. Never had any sway problems (might need to drop the hitch some) but going through the Arbuckles (big hills in southern Oklahoma) it sure dropped in and out of th lower gears a bunch. No problem with my Durango.

Guys, you have 4-door, six cyl pickups. Try stopping on a dime with a 20' boat in the rain. Give yourself some room and have a way out. Good trucks, but still gotta be careful. Good advise ..ESPECIALLY WHEN ROADS ARE WET...
