Do not personally know of any publicly available plans for submersible lights. However, AC current and water can be quite fatal. Might want to consider DC for the submersible portion.

jdfish Im an electrician and you really dont want to take the chance with 110 and water sooner or later there will be an accident .If you have the power just get a cheap battery charger and an old battery and go that direction .I dont want to hear about you on the news.

Use a 12V green light and a 110 V power supply. Works great and is much safer. I plan on doing that with my green light as soon as I get it back from a friend.

Academy has green LED or florecent lights for around $20.00 that are made for underwater use. Why waste your time?

Are you looking at a permanent dock installation? I checked into
this and decided against it.

one of the bad things about underwater lights and fresh water
is keeping them clean. Anything I put in my lake is covered in
some kind of organic slime within days.

You may do better with some regular outdoor spot lights
mounted just over the water.

good luck
Mo

I've had this merc vapor light installed on a bud's dock for over two years now...it's still working and does a great job of bringing in the fish (but it's too hot right now to keep minners alive).

Submersible fishing lights powered by 110 volt at your dock. GFI protected plug. Great for attracting and keeping fish at your dock! Provides an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere by watching hundreds of fish from the comfort of your dock. www.BlueHeronTackle.com.

Saw these on Craigslist but dont know if they sell straightline drawings for this unit.

Mo,
I believe heat from the light keeps the algae "slim" from sticking to the light. I installed the green monster about 2 years ago and the bulb is still clean. They really do work! My family and I have had a great time watching and catching fish under this light. I strongly recommend these to all dock owners.
