Here's what I got from pearow over on TFR Dont remember what its called but its a paint used to coat the roof of mobile homes, both as a sealant and as a heat reflector; The paint can instructions say that it will adhere to stayrafoam; name is something like "cool-seal"; about $18 bucks a gallon if I remember correctly. A gallon will do two water wagons with 2 coats each

Snow coat on ace hardware site, It just has to be water based from what the styrafoam guy told me. Good, thank you. I'm going to get the foam today to get started soon. I will make 2, a little smaller than above.

OK here is where I got the styrafoam. Sister company of the one listed on this or the tube room thread except it is in Dallas(Oak Cliff) not hillsboro. It is made in 4X8X4 blocks but you can get it made to the size you want. I bought a 4x8x12" for $96.00. I think 9"or 10" thickness would be better. The 2 boats I made are 53"x48"x12" and draft about 3" with me sitting on it in a pool.(I'm 6'3" 260lbs). best wishes to all.

Not that he told me. They took my $100 with a smile. You do need to call a couple days ahead to place your order.

Still have to cut a drink cup holder, a place for a small plastic compartment box, and a couple holes to hold rods and then paint it. I am electronically challenged with posting pictures but when I am done I will get the daughter to try and post pictures.

Flickr and most of the other image hosting sites have that service so in case you already have an image hosting account, dig around for the mobile upload tool. It'll usually give you an email address to send images to.
