Go to google and type in Wet Wub. I know the guy personally who builds the trash can smokers. For about 150 bucks, you can have an electric/wood smoker and it's a pretty cool thing. It's not a true smoker, but it works great and you don't need to do anything but set the desired temp (with some wood chunks for the flavor) and your off and cooking.

Go and check it out. The sauce is dam good too.
