Ok, I know this is a bit offtopic.

I was doing my normal weekly water change/filter cleaning in my stock tank today. While Ceaning the filter pads on my bio-filter I found a bunch of these tiny red worms in the pads.
I have no idea what they are. I know that some of yall have had stock tanks and ponds so I was hoping someone could ID them? Are they good or bad?

Pic.
