 I thought about jumping on his back in memory of Steve Irwin but I decided that I liked having all my fingers and toes in working order. I heard that TPWL saw a Gator at Lake Ray Hubbard last year.

 here's one i caught on a yozuri in toledo bend, my girlfriend at the time was from oregon, and she was freaking out, lol.

It's the picture. It was a little over 5' and can't really guess how much it weighed. I know it pulled the 17' Skeeter that I had and I had a 70# trolling motor in max-reverse.

Wouldnt want to lip one of those suckers. Its funny that this topic was brought up. There was a guy, dont remember what section it was in, that said there are no gators in Texas lakes. Uh, looks like there is to me. Or is there another Lake Fork and Hubbard??

They are all over Texas.
I hear they have them at Lake Tawakoni too.

I've heard people say they have seen them at Cedar Creek also...

see 'em all of the time here at Lake Texana and in our back-bays... every now and then a friend will call with one in their ponds... had about a 3 footer out at work this past year... you just get used to 'em, they're not a problem really...
