How are you going to prove two years after buying the motor that it was used? Obviously you have used it in that time. Why was this not an issue before you signed the papers or earlier in your ownership?

I would bypass the cabela's store front and send certified letters to corporate including copies of all the paperwork showing that they sold you a used motor representing it as new.

Mark Perry - It cant' be registered to someone else and be new. I asked about the scratches on it. Keep in mind it was a two year old "new" motor. They just said it was from all of the handeling.
Nathan at Fork - I believe this will be my next step.
