Bass are tasty! Two 5-6lb bass is nothing. If you had kept 25 then it might be a problem

Looks like your Dad puts most of us to shame!!! Wish we had a lake in Colorado that would produce bass like that, even just occasionally. Unfortunately, we have to drive 3-4 hundred miles to even stand a chance for a day like that.

ya in case of none of you remember this same time of year last year, the same guy posted pics of his dad with about a 20-25 lb stringer from pines, and showed before and after pics of filleting fish...I am right there with him, this is the time of year when I like to sight fish for females on beds, and take them home and eat them!
