Ok. Being a Jeep owner for about 10 years now I have always had problems finding a Jeep dealer for service that I could trust. Funny thing is, It was a Chevy Dealer that pointed me to the Jeep Dealer. Monte Coon with Chevy in Ft. Worth. LONG story short. I had my Jeep towed *(free of charge per my Progressive Insurance Road Side Assistance $0 Deductable) from Weatherford this morning. Towed right to Doug in the Jeep service department. The man called me back with in a few hours and already had an answer for me. Fuel Pump! "And it won't cost ya a dime." *(Warranty) I decided to get the Entire Fuel System done as well (will cost $113 bucks) And I should be getting it back by tomorrow afternoon. WOW. Monte must have some pull with Moritz cuz I was treated like GOLD! Way to go DOUG, Monte and Moritz!

It sure is wonderful hearing about someone getting great service from a car dealer.

Man. You ain't lying! I went there a few months ago just to get a 'checkup' on everything. Monte had the rental car waiting. Dropped off and drove off. Got the call nothing was wrong. Picked it up, shook hands and went about my day. Until I have a bad experience They will be my dealer for EVERYTHING!! Including the new Chrysler Town & Country my wife is wanting in replace of her 03' Limited T&C. If it ain't broke don't fix it. I'm just waiting on the bad experience I will have there at Moritz............... Seems I will be waiting a while!

You should have told me you were coming I would have had them roll out the Red Carpet. I'm glad to here they took great care of you. Didn't want to bug ya! I was gonna see if the 'rental' was still available, but didn't want to put you out. I got treated like those guys over there are SCARED of ya! Thanks and You will be my next Car guy! If I get out there tomorrow afternoon like I am hoping, I will stop by and say Hi!

I don't think their scared of me but they do know how important it is to me that my fishing buddies are well taken care of.
