Great looking fish out of there. A great lake and when the drawdown hits it fishes real well.

How much is the drawdown.
And why is it making the big fish bite.
They drop the lake about 12' to kill the hydrilla and make it so homeowners can do repairs maintenance to seawalls and docks. They are somewhat "concentrated", but the way Im reading and understanding the bait are also concentrated. The fish that are being caught right now are gorging themselves on shad and perch, most spitting them up as the are caught. The catches have been amazing over the past couple weeks.

At www.austinbassfishing.com there are a lot more pictures of bass caught. The ones above are just a few....A lot of 4's, 5's, 6's, 7's are caught. One guy caught over 16 six pound bass!!

got some good photos of the draw down in the carp section...
killer fish to have...pre-frontal conditions guessing the bite was on?!

Does anyone have a back seat open for Thursday the 31st? I'll be there Wednesday evening thru Friday afternoon. The wife has a seminar and will be in class almost all of Thursday. Don't really want to drag my boat all that way for one full day of fishing and have it in the parking lot at the Hotel for 2 nights.
