I don't know which guide to use theres so many of em',but I can tell you how we catch em' up here ...go to de islands mon ,get a school of em' on the graph,throw 3/4or 1oz.white or chart. sassy shads or coho minnows,DEEP,bounce em' off the bottom or watch 4 the birds get em' on top,I like usin'saltwater mag. zara spooks,shad color,just think of a striper as a sand bass on steroids

$.02 JD has always done a great job for my and for my school kids when we have used him. I teach a Outdoor Education class in Lewisville ISD and we use him as one of our field trips. The kids always have a good time and he has never short run us. The first time I used him My self, He wore us out putting us on great stripers. We had our limit buy around 9:30, except for just a few incase we had to keep a gill hooked one, and we kept fishing till 1, switched to circle hooks and had a blast.
