Wash hands with lighter fluid then apply a lit match, burn for three minutes, then rinse with water, cold water.

I have the most perfect way to get the smell of DK's off myself and the boat .... it's a highly kept secret but I'll share it with ya .... my method of getting the smell off is to not use it in the first place ... that's the best way to get it off and keep it off hahahaha.
DK's has been on my boat once though ... my cousin's father in law's first trip out with me he brought some of that stuff aboard my boat without my knowledge and I located a good number of fish and set up and started getting poles ready and then a funk hit me ... I turned around and said ... george ... did you [censored] yourself? ... he said no ... that's my danny king punch bait ... I said you're not gonna catch nuttin on that stuff ... he said I sure will ... he did catch two dinks about 8 inches long while we caught 25 fish between 13+ to 5 lbs on fresh cut shad ... sposed to use a stick to put that stuff on your hook too but george, he ain't do it that way ... he'd dip his hand down in that stuff and form up a big ole ball of it around the hook with his hands then wash his hands off in my bait tank which was a 150 qt ice chest at that time ... the whole boat smelled of that stuff and all he had to show for it was two little dinks all night ... he wouldn't quit using it either ... we got a new car wash in my home town and that car wash would take the paint off my boat if I held the nozzle too close and I'd ran that boat through that car wash about 7 times before I'd made me a flathead fishin trip up the arkansas river one evening and I got to feeling a little ill after I'd got out there so I cleared me out a spot on my floor and two months and 7 car washings later the smell of dk's punch bait was so bad down in the floor of that boat that I couldn't stay down there so I ended up having to go home early ... next day I went out and started taking my boat apart ... unhooked the big bait tank and there it was ... about a 8" smashed circle wad of dk's punch bait that george had dropped between my bait tank and the front deck ... now if george wants to go fishin I check all his tackle bags and stuff prior to getting him loaded up just to make sure that he's not got any of that stuff before he can get in the boat.

I've used the disposable plastic gloves, but that stink leaks into your pores. SIMPLE GREEN and gas fallowed up with orange cleaner seems to cut it.

My wife sells Mary Kay and they have this peach scrub, takes the smell away first wash (and softens your hands) Have you tried that new loufa sponge Mary Kay has out now? Its to die for....:) Victoria Secrets body scrub for rough dry skin (that is the one in tube) it works great. Men should act like men! Watch out for falling beer cans everybody!!

I use half of a broken aluminum arrow to push the hook into the bucket of bait and never touch the stuff if I can keep from it. The only problem I have with it is when you reel up one of those flopin' channel cat and he spits and slings that stuff from one end of the boat to the other! Glad I got a fiberglass washout boat. But it is great!! for catching loads of keeper sized channel cats if you know what you are doin' with it..
