never thought about meeting women at the tackle show.
may have to give that a try. Well, I hope to see you there too Steve, that would be great. Come on down!! obviously i didn't make to the tackle show lil' minner. seems like i can never get out of here.. i can't even find time to go break in my new engine... jeeezzzz...LOL

I'm a 52y/o widow, who also loves to fish. I'm going to my 1st. tournament this weekend & fishing with my brother for the big cats.Someday I,hope to meet a good man, who loves to fish also.

I saw so many old friends out there, I was amazed. Met a bunch of new ones too. That was a really fun show for me.

its not the size so much but if it still works or not Or perhaps if you can get on plane quickly and stay there..... -nothing like a boat with a good hole shot....

evv59 yes this thread pretty much died out a while back. Good luck to you. You know it would be easy enough to meet other people by just agreeing to meet at a lake and fish. Nothing lost that way for either party. Heck I wouldn't mind just meeting friends and have someone to chat with when I fish. My son doesn't always want to go. Just a thought...
