Picture didn't show up - my biggest have been 49", 50" and 52", Eagle Lake, Ontario, Canada. LOVNTREE - there's no limit on how many you can keep and there is no length limit (page 37 of the Texas 2007-2008 Outdoor Annual handbook).

Lovntree, There is no minimum size or bag limit on yellow bass in Texas.

I have never ate a yellow bass, I always released them. Are they decent to eat? I have heard yes, and I have heard no.

Yellow bass eat great!
Anybody fish Lake O' the Pines? I fished a tourney there about 10 years ago and a couple guys said they caught one in it. I never knew if it was true and just heard about it, then several others said they had caught them there before.
