How do you get a scale IFGA certified? This is the exact sale I have but it does not have to be this kind of scale. 1. Purchase a membership with the IGFA. International Game Fish Association. 2. Ship your scale to them along with a check for $30 to certify your scale. 3. You should have it back in 2 weeks or so and it will be certified for 1 year. Thats it!

I am took my ruben's to the bureu of weights and measures and got a nice shiny gold sticker on them like you see on gas pumps...cheaper to go the IGFA route
