rrhyne56- Thanks for the link. I'll try and go by there next Tuesday for their monthly meeting. Maybe I'll find someone willing to coach my casting and get some good feedback to local areas to fish.

a) see a qualified casting instructor
b) tighten up your stroke a little. For 40 feet of line or so you should not be moving your hand more than about 12 inches, give or take, there are lots of variables though.
