His son giving information is not soliciting information. He also stated he had no intent to use any information in the tournament nor to gain an advantage. He passed his poly and the poly examiner stated he confessed to multiple violations.
During his poly he specifically asked for the TD to come in clarify and the TD refused to come in
He also admitted to the poly examiner he was on pain meds which negates all the poly results and should have been a hard stop on the process.

So in your world, who all is allowed to get info from Matt’s tournament fishing son? Just his dad or can all 102 get info from him?

They literally admitted it. I’m not going to scour thru all the articles and threads- no one is denying anything they just don’t think what happened should be enough to get disqualified.

He just states on 2 different podcasts, he did not. Mercer lied. Zona lied, and BASS brought in a know fraud poly examiner. BASS threatened him prior to the season over his FFS stance and he stated before the season that BASS was going to try and take him down.
Many on here defend Matt as as straight shooter.

Herron says this is to silence the people who know what is happening and how Garmin bought out BASS.
Per Herron, BASS was breaking laws regarding the rules they were forcing down on competitors who paid to compete. They wanted to be able to push these rules down, so they quit allowing entry fees.
The contestants wanted larger purses, so BASS skirted the laws by allowing them to have 10k memberships, but then they forced down membership agreements with only 4 day to sign, or you are out.
BASS knows what they are doing.
