Found our forever home. We originally wanted waterfront but decided against it. Accidentally found this one Friday and knew it was the one when we stepped inside. Two minutes to the ramp. Congrats. We will move easter weekend into our retirement home in Gainesville.
Moving from Cedar Hill near Joe Pool where there are no fish.
Moving 25 miles from Lake Texoma and 25 miles from Ray Roberts.
Can hardly wait.
I retire April 30.

Nice place, looks like an acre lot. grew up visiting Lanier, ultimately had a couple of boats at holiday marina (don’t even know if that’s still there)

Does your boat fit in the garage? That was my only requirement. The two bay is 28x26, single is 24x12. So difficult to find a garage that can fit a full size truck, muchless a boat. We will be in south Cumming pretty close to the dam. Going to be great not to have to drive 1-2hrs one way to fish
