I don't know about the economy but traffic is insane all the time, so people are out

Plenty of people still spending money, lots of new businesses and growth in Oklahoma, long term everything looks good.

The local Burger King closed, but not due to a lack of business. It's because the guy who owned it and several other locations was a weapons grade idiot with his money.

Housing market has slowed from the 0% interest frenzy. It's now what I would call normal. Retail and restaurants (other than BK) seem fine.

Any and all property around outer NW Houston will be built on. It's either going to be homes, apartments, retail or all of the above. As far as traffic, apartments are the worst. Many more people per square foot.

People in my town are either simply not selling ….or the houses sell so fast a sign doesn’t stay in the yard for more than a day or two. Judging from all the UHaul and Ryder trucks I see….they sell that fast!

Non-stop construction in Northern Ellis Co.

They're the only ones that can afford it.

My home is going on the market Monday. Hope it goes quick as we found our dream home and have a contingent offer.

Hopefully they keep coming so they can pay too much for all my houses..... my time in this state is running out and I'm damn ready to go.
