Didn't that dude who posted a bunch of tranny pics have PVC pipes on the back of his truck for holding rods?

I think it was some salt life setup where the truck actually could be the rod holder while fishing but also could transport the rods when you were driving around.

Is this a real challenge? How long does it take to put together some two-piece rods? Take a little time and they shouldn't get all tangled.

Where is this Creek at? I'll come down there and show you how it's done.

I would just buy these as you can pack them, store them, etc. very easily.
