10yo and they won't work on it. That sux. Wouldn't be a bit surprised if it's a ploy to force (some) owners into buying new.
Pretty common in power sports and even marine shops. Reason is with equipment that old there tends to be lots of bolts that are seized or will break off. Makes the job end up costing more then the equipment is worth sometimes.

You tube has some good instruction. I used it for wifes golf cart repair!

I bet your fuel pump went out. It's in tank and easy to change. If it will run with a shot of starting fluid then I bet that's it. My 2013 did this about 2 yrs ago

A sales guy said he would show me new ones. I asked him I had come in to look at them if he would have told me that when one gets 10 years old I'dl have to go elsewhere for service?
