Yep. Biggest factor is Ivie spits out less big ones every year. I also agree that less people are turning them in. I know of two personally from East Tx that were not turned in. They were no doubt Legacy lunkers. The stupidity of TPWD stretching the Milliken deal into a tournament violation really turned some people off. I think that hurt the program more than many are willing to admit.
