How did you do? I got a great boat ride, shot some fairly good photos of a Bald Eagle, got some great photos on a Belted Kingfisher, and I caught twelve Sandbass back in the creek on flies. Pretty darn good day.

That reminds me of the day I went out in the gulf when the buoy 100 miles offshore was reading 0.00.  I am glad you caught some fish. Flat days like that can be hard fishing.

That reminds me of the day I went out in the gulf when the buoy 100 miles offshore was reading 0.00. I am glad you caught some fish. Flat days like that can be hard fishing. No rain and the water back in the creek was not moving. I figured my chances of catching fish were about zero. Shows what I know.

I personally have not had very many good days fishing with clear skies, and no wind.
