Got a buddy - who better read this thread - that damaged a blade on his prop while fishing last week. Tempest 3 blade and one of the blades is slightly warped (not bad, but bad enough it should be fixed). I've offered to split the cost of the repair but he refuses to take any money. Anyone know an approximate cost so I can send him some money since he won't take it from me?

$300 with shipping included On the upper end of pricing. I paid $225 to have the same prop with similar damage repaired. Looks better than new. I am keeping it for a backup for new boat.

When you factor shipping in it gets close to $300. $2-$300 would be the range depending who you use and if you have to ship it there and back or not.

NOTHING is more expensive than some idiot hammering on a prop with zero clue what they're doing.

Magils in Lewisville 225-300 Funny these two posts are one after the other. McGills ain’t a prop shop….they ain’t even a decent trailer shop.

Tempest is a high performance prop. There's a very and I mean very fine line between perfection and ruined.
I KNOW Josh at Steve's prop on Fork knows how to make a tempest perfect, and I wouldn't risk turning a fine piece of steel into a trotline weight anywhere else.

X's 2 for Steve's.
The price is very competitive even with additional shipping cost. The prop will be perfect and the turn around time is quick.
