I’m 70 if that qualifies as an old, but is it ok if I wear Brooks adrenaline’s?
They aren’t real good around prickly pear and mesquite thorns but they sure are comfortable with the right insoles.
They feel pretty good on the deck of a boat too.

If you do decide to sue hell sue everyone, Target, the flooring manufacturer, the refrigerator/freezer company that created the condensation, crocs, the company that made the glass for the fridge/freezer where the condensation probably dripped from, throw enough darts hell one of them should stick.

While I would never actually sue, they had an issue here because they had buckets collecting water. I was just was looking ahead and didn't notice.

They need a roofer?

Not only that but they probably took a page from the Dollar General/Family Dollar playbook and put a yellow "caution wet floor sign" by the entrance somewhere (despite the fact that the last time the floor was wet was well over a month ago) and use that in defense of ANY fall in the store. It is like the sign in a auto repair shop or hotel parking lot that says "not responsible for loss or damage". Most people don't know any better and take that at face value, which is what the company is counting.

I know sir, we live in a litigious society. I realize you would not sue and neither would I.
