Cruising target with the family I didn't see the puddle next to a cooler and down I go. Hard. Old crocks + water + tile is a bad combo. Ankle hurts and calf muscle is sore. Be careful out there.

Oh damn, dude. Hope you get to feeling better. I'm sure it was a hard fall and we don't bounce like we used to any more. I can understand the sore part, but might want to get that ankle looked at. To answer the question, no.

Nope, don’t sue….you will lose. Crocs, by nature, are designed and sold as a “water” shoe to be worn in wet environments. Maybe sue “crocs” instead?
