On the water around 3:00, long paddle.. caught em on 5 inch swimbait and then switched to topwater and caught a few. Beats work..

You've been working Naconiche over......Love that lake, I need to make a trip down there this Spring.

First bass ever on whoooer plopper. I have had that lure for years and had thrown it for maybe 20 minutes total.. caught it on first cast with it yesterday.

Looks like you’re doing pretty good out there at Naconiche lately. How does the water clarity look right now?

Stained pretty much everywhere I have been.. doesn’t seem to matter. Except at Lake of the pines.. fished there today.. 3 bites from 10 to 5.. 46 degrees and north wind howling.

I am going through some shoulder surgery right now. But here in a couple of months, I wanna go back out there and fish it again. I’ll give you a call and see if you’re around.

I’m at the doctors office right now.. fell the other day fishing the rocks behind spillway at Palestine.. I think I messed up both wrists and shoulders.. can barely get kayak on roof and can barely cast.. may have to start using trailer and bottom fish with bait only.

Brother we aren’t getting any younger. After visiting the shoulder surgeon today he said 4 more weeks of this dad gum sling/brace. I’m so ready to go kayak fishing again.
