I like head country, I like to add Frank's wing sauce to it sometimes to mix it up.

We make our own. Any basic bottled sauce, we add vinegar, jalapeño juice, salt, sugar, citrus, whatever to modify it to fit our tastes. Not too sweet, sort of thin and sort of spicy.

It’s modeled after what George Hardeman called “mopping’ sauce”.

Cut with her golden oars the silver stream,
And greedily devour the treacherous bait.

This. I ate Dreamland ribs every Friday for almost 2 years while working in Birmingham. That sauce is great. If I buy from the store then I get Stubbs Spicy.

Give this a shot. It's good.

roflmao roflmao It was at this point where the great bbq debate was settled cheers. Vinegar and cayenne is all that is necessary, throw some black pepper in if you like.

Honestly, I’m not surprised coming from people who calls hot dog sauce chili!

50/50 mix of regular Head Country and Original Rudy’s was the glaze I used on chicken when I did bbq competitions.
