Stubb's fan here...but I don't bathe my food in it. I use it as a rub for a kiss of flavor.

We make our own. Any basic bottled sauce, we add vinegar, jalapeño juice, salt, sugar, citrus, whatever to modify it to fit our tastes. Not too sweet, sort of thin and sort of spicy.
It’s modeled after what George Hardeman called “mopping’ sauce”.

I like the HEB Carolina stuff. Tried all kinds $2-$12. I buy the Sweet Baby Ray's for guests because its cheap to buy in bulk at Costco. That's usually a winner for guests.

I try a few here and there, but always seem to go back to Sweet Baby Ray....
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.

+1 for Saltlick - original & spicy A fan of Stubbs as well. No real fan of Kraft - but does seem to be the best sauce for the bride’s campfire beans.
