I’m visiting my son next weekend and would like to find a river or creek for whites around the Stephenville area. I have no idea where to go around there and neither does he. I’m not taking the boat but will load kayaks. Anything would be helpful.
Stopped at Gravel Crossing today and the water level looks great! Hung out for a few minutes with no bites but can’t wait to get up river in the next few weeks. Anybody have tips for taking a small bay boat up past the crossing? I’ve never gone up that far.
Keep doin what youre doin, youll keep gettin what youre gettin.

Look at the brazos river and or lake granbury, It's about a 30 minute drive from Stephenville. Or check out the Paluxy river in Glen Rose. The Brazos also goes through the east side of Glen Rose
