28 year IT professional here. Not worried about what I do being replaced by AI. Too complex for AI at this point or anytime soon. Once it figures out how to turn the computer off and back on it will replace half our IT staff…😆 IT creates problems then fixes the problems it creates.....when it's not doing that it's pointing the finger at user's and hardware suppliers.....

99% on a computer, and I work with student data so I can't use AI due to privacy laws.
Solution - I'm in charge of building out our own LLM with business intelligence. So no, not concerned at all. More job security.
