Not sure if anyone has experienced it. Mine did it first time after running slow speeds on rough road at deer lease. I have read several stories about people taking to dealership only to spend $1k or more and problem not fixed. Problem on Tundra, not sure about others, is the achohol fuel density. From I have read when the computer thinks you have been running E85 it dumps too much fuel during cold starts. Fix on mine was easy. I used a TopDon scanner and reset it to 0%.

Yes my 2013 did that and I had to take to dealer for a reflash. I think that was the term used. Regardless it was ecu related and warranty covered it. I think there may have been a service bulletin issued if I remember right.
