Ive always been very careful with the bottles of chartreuse over the years. But the other day in the wind my lid slammed down on my hand and it went everywhere! Ruined my jeans all over my fishing gloves, boat carpet. My boats white so it’s all over that, looks like a clown boat now. I know the sun will eventually rid the boat of it. Now my hands and thigh smell like garlic. Anyone else have this happen?

Yep. That's when I started using the dye markers. Get a little on my hands but no more on the boat

Dropped a bottle of it once when I had my bay boat. Thankfully there was no carpet in it. A can of carburetor cleaner and a few rags cleaned it right up

Spilled a whole bottle on one of my consoles of my Pantera II once. It was a light blue colored boat and actually the Chartreause dye made it look pretty cool so I just let it fade away over the next few months. But I did splatter a couple of drops in my partners Ranger once and never carried a bottle in anyone elses boat again. I always dip my baits at home now before a tournament and carry the pens to use on the boat now.

I only use it in other peoples boats. Just for this reason.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

Was fishing next to a guy in a new Skeeter and his partner spilled a bottle in the passenger seat. Was a good show.

My brother and I took an annual fishing trip to Amistad a few years ago and stayed in the old Amistad Lodge. While in our room for the last evening of our trip my brother decided to get a head start on the next days fishing and began to dip his plastics in a new bottle of Chartreuse garlic. The bottle fell off the table and onto the carpet. Almost all of the bottle drained before he was able to recover. Needless to say an uncomfortable evening with the odor not to mention the huge stain on the carpet.

I use the spray and off the side of the boat as I apply. No more dip for me.

I can backlash toilet paper.
