Ham or turkey and cheese roll ups, peanut butter crackers, fresh fruit ( any type of melon ), power bars, sometimes will boil a few eggs, add some salt and pepper and throw in a zip lock, any kind of dried meat ( jerky, beef sticks ) preferably venison.

3 pages and beer mentioned only once I don't drink beer or alcohol on the boat. Way too many things going that could hurt you or others. I'll wait until I get home.

gas station sandwhich, chips, snickers, water, gatoraid, beer, smokes. I don't fixh any tournaments now days but the last couple of years learned to pull under a bridge, boat house or a tree for shade and relax for about 30 min while we eat our lunch. Makes a difference.
Life journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved state. But rather skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting "holy carp what a ride!"
