I made a document on the computer with all the things we normally buy. . Items listed in the order they appear in the
Bullard Brookshires. printed out a bunch of copies, Before leaving the house , we check off what we don't need and add anything we need that is not on the list.

Works for us.

Phone-- notes. I add groceries to get around the clock. Grocery/Costco/Home Depot all have regular lists.

Back when I was married we would share so you can add to it in real time without having to remind or nag.
