Call and talk to Steve at S2 Marine in Quitman. He repowered my 21i class with a Merc 300R. Cost me around 20k after I sold my 300hpdi yammer for $6k. Have not regretted it at all . Best investment yet on my boat!

Mercury is weirdly strict about posting prices as a dealer on new engines, but guys posting above have you in a pretty close ballpark to what you'll spend. If you want a down to the penny quote, shoot me a PM. Mercury is doing 7 years of warranty promotion through the end of next month if you decide to pull the trigger.
