Apparently Big Mike did not have another job lined out before he supposedly told Jerry to stick it, seriously doubt that is the way it went down to begin with. What is it they say, a rabbit in the hand is better than two in the bush. I actually liked Mike but feel like it was time for a change, good luck to him.

Don't you see the Bears as a more screwed up organization? Not saying Dallas has their chit in a sock but when is the last time Chicago had a good team? They're worse than the Dallas organization and that takes some true ineptness. Neither is worth a drip though.

As always it is problems at the top . . . see Miami, San Diego, Ariz.,Carolina, LV, NYG, NYJ . . . they are always vying for a top 5 pick in the draft and Chicago is usually in the top 5 race. Dallas sucks badly too just slightly not as bad as those I listed (not a complete list).

Chicago is a bigger circus than the Cowboys, they don't get the publicity the Boyz get. The Jets are another clown show, what are they going to do? Play Rodgers another year?

Dallas is pretty much a clown show but they do have lots of company, there are 10 teams that have never won a SB, 10 more that have won one, 2/3 of the teams with one or none, how would you like to be a fan of any of them ? The problem is the Cowboys have gone on a couple of incredible runs and the fans were spoiled.

The problem is the owner being GM. If a non-owner performed this poorly as GM, he'd have been fired long ago. Jerry is never gonna fire himself.

If Jerry was hiring the best GMs he could find, replacing them if they made such stupid decisions as he did, and trying to win games, fans wouldn't hate him like they do. He's earned the hate because his ego is bigger than his desire to put a good football team on the field, not because the fans were spoiled. The problem isn't that he's not winning - it's that he's not trying to win.

Smart move by Mike McCarthy. I see him taking the Eagles job a year from now...

After this season and the past couple of weeks I think the way the Cowboys are managed puts them in the Top 3 worst managed teams in the league.

Why would that job be available? They're in the super bowl...

I know absolutely nothing about the Chicago organization…I just know it can’t be much worse than what the circus here has become. I would have liked to see McCarthy back in the NFC north division again…those are some good games with good fan bases.
