Until it hits him in the checkbook, nothing is going to change how Jerry manages the team. If people would stop going to games, buying merch, etc we might see a positive change, but even then I doubt it. It's always been his little toy that keeps him relevant. I have said this 100 times , I really do not believe it is the money for Jerry, I believe he wants to prove to the world that he can win a SB without JJ, if it was all about the money then he would hire the best GM and coach, if he wins a SB he will be set up for another 20 years printing money, but the fans and media will not give him the credit, it will go to the GM / coach, Jerry cannot handle that.

At this point; even if the Cowboys win the Super Bowl (even the Saints and Seahawks can do it) he won’t receive the credit….it would be considered a fluke…..randomly catching lightning in a bottle.
Jerry has several deep character flaws which have been amplified by monetary gain and age.

You are no different that a Cowboys fan if you are still ann A & M fan, tell us again how many championships they have won lol. It is what fans do, they root for their team, hell my high school team had never won a state championship in over 100 years, I am still a fan, there is always next year lol.
