I don't know if anyone on here has said this, but nothing will change as long as Jerry is the GM  such a broken record around here ad nauseum Yessir Jerry and Stephen already said expect the same next year...

Salah has the expertise working for a nimrod. If he was smart he would sit this one out and wait a yr and find a team looking for a coach that Isn't the Jets or Cowboys. I actually think he's a pretty good coach. Don't take a HC job yet and go be a DC somewhere for next yr.
