I make a sandwich with Jalapeno Cheddar Cheese bread, sliced turkey breast, sliced roast beef, Havarti cheese with jalapenos, turkey bacon, lettuce, tomatoes, and avocado....toasted. Amazing. I do not eat it very often, but it is amazing!

Open face roast beef sandwich, most excellent, not sure where you have them here but Rays PeGe in Monroe La for last 60+ years.

Philly Cheese, Captain Nemos was the best around here but they are no longer, Galligaskins was almost as good, they are no longer , if I really want a good one now I just make it myself.
