I grill them on a cedar plank with some pecan wood. Dang good.

My grandmother was the best cook ever but I just never acquired a taste for canned salmon.

I can take it or leave it. We probably eat it once a month. I like white fish like grouper or sea bass much better.

That cheap canned salmon made into patties was a great extender for large po families.

I’d be concerned about it falling off. Do you secure it to the cedar plank somehow?
